a poetic interpretation of alien city

it's late
i'm super tired
we're in los angeles
having a splendid time
calling l.a. alien city
because all the old ladies
have scary plastic surgeries gone array
i'm convinced that these women
would look much better
had they stayed just the way they were
perhaps then, they would look like people
instead of accident victims
