monday's project, fabric pennant

I've been wanting to make a pennant for quite some time now, so to go with our E-i-e-i-o themed party, I decided to use bandana print fabrics.  This was my first attempt, but I'm super happy with how it came out! Thanks to this blog for the easy tutorial!

So, I got some inspiration yesterday to break out my sewing machine. This was my first attempt at a real sewing project. It seemed easy enough, and it was actually really fun! Here's where the idea came from! Now I want to make it a little bit bigger and in lots of different colors!
